I am looking for a good level to go long lets say 76.30 - 76.40

what do you think is the best entry point ?

UJ is at resistance on the descending channel on M5.
Breakout and resistance is at the daily pivot at 76.76, coinciding with two previous closing points.
If the resistance is respected, would like to see a move down to the daily S2 at 76.37.
I won't be trading either way as I already have 4% of my balance risked.

Nice. I'm currently flat on this pair at least until after ADP Non-Farm Employment Change in a few hours. I'll consider the 'lay of the land' after the announcement.

I'm in the same boat. Will look to tighten up stops an hour before the announcement and see where we are left afterwards.

if I am buying , I would make a stop loss at 75.70

a move under 75.90 is unlikely as it may result on BOJ intervention. Beside, traders are being more careful after the recent Swiss internvetion

And still not able to book even the slightest durable gains. Hmmm, still not convinced that shorting bounces does pay off ? lol

I could be wrong, but I think the aim of the interventions has always been to get some sort of stability into the Yen, rather than to drive it to a specific level

There is a blurb on @Reuters about an earthquake in Tokyo. I haven't been able to find anything about intensity but there have been a lot of warnings that a big quake in Tokyo is imminent.
