agree, or set a maximum # of trades you will take each day, mine is 4, keeps me patient and looking for best set ups.
BTW, you DO have a "written" plan you follow? that's kind of important

Sure , when you start fresh & heavily doing the scalpings where a few pips deviation made the anxiety & indecision again & start the opposite & then reverse & go on in the vicious cycle .

It can happen with any scalper if not enough trained to avoid the fear , greed or indecisions . price moves in a zigzag fashion in every time frames & every movements but still there can be found a trend for the timebeing . try exploit this .not neccessary move for all movements !!
Mostly scalpers loose in this market , simple gambling formula , give and take , give more & take more , give all & no take any, job done .
Try learn about how markets move , what may possibly go next time & try entry extreme levels seems as strategy. if not work again then revise the strategy till works . never do what not understand , loose your own way still better than rely upon others as it will correct you eventually.

We all went through that, and some days still do, but because some of us now have a plan and good risk control we don't get caught in the zig zag.

Drop your position size to the smallest possible. Forget about candles and
any other technical analyses other than finding good supply/demand levels.
That will get you over the first hump of having to know where the market is going to profit. You find supply/demand levels then look for opposing supply/demand levels and if the risk reward is say 3+:1 you place your orders and let it do its thing. As you gain experience you can raise your position size. Until then you will almost always trade too big and get a front seat on the emotional roller coaster that is at the mercy of the market.

When your trading day becomes about checking whether your trades hit TPs or SLs without batting an eyelid you start finding it interesting and even "fun" again... the other direction is just a matter of time before you assume the foetal position...

i think it will fall i sell, and this is how FOREX works,
well i have my technical reasons beside,
EU fundamentals seems not good to me,
+ september is coming and as we know big boys will come back and then market will tell us who was right you ro me,

we al have different opinions bro it doesnt matter what matters is are you making profit on your analsis then everything is fine,
it may rise a little but at the end it will go down.
