Keeping an eye on this one, has been toying with that resistance at 1.0430. See if it pops thru

I'm trying to get a handle on how you pros handle these BO trades so I can better refine what I'm doing ...

I know you use the H1 TF to mark the 4 candles and then you use the M15 TF to enter the BO trades ... what I'm trying to figure out is after you are in the trade, do you stay with the M15 TF or do you go back to the H1 TF to monitor the trade's progress?

I would love your input on that ... thanks in advance!

I'm not a pro, but let me try to answer this. I think everybody has their own style of managing trades, so you'll probably get different answers from every trader. I personally have a set TP of 20-30pips for night BOs when I can't monitor them. During the day I do go back and forth between the H1 and M15 to see if price is stalling or not. if it's not happening on M15 or reversing, I often move SL to BE or exit if it's a real reversal.

Dude, thanks for the vote of confidence, but no, not really. I just post charts to help others see the setups, and take some trades. I was just thinking, if I took all the trades on the charts I'm posting, I'd be a rich man. But really, my account doesn't show what LG's is showing - YET - , but I'm getting there. What really helped is the "Trading in the Zone" book and now I have a set plan, accept the risk, strip emotions from the trade, and by the sheer nature of probabilities, LG's system will give enough winners to offset the occassional losers.
Geez, I'm not even trading live yet, I got burned so bad this winter.. But soon.. Many pips to you all!

Well Pippete- you are rich in other ways - a good heart in helping us learners by posting your charts. I map out the method on a few trades and watch how you go about it too ...thanks!

BO happening now.. Shaved +30 already, but looks like there is a lot of room to go... all CHF pairs...

Check out this chart.. It doesn't get much nicer than this downtrend.. Perfect staircase southward... I'm in this on a longer timeframe, looking for TP around 1.4800.. We'll see how far it plummets...
