wow this is very good link., I will read and study what it says to improve my meager skills in trading. I am still learning the SonicR method...hope i can post some graphs soon

Brought to its logical conclusion, that is the implication of your views regarding SL's, the "Big Boys," etc. Such views are contrary to the assumptions of SonicR. You are the most frequent poster to this thread, and as many of your views are at odds with SonicR principles, your posts often undermine the attempts by new Sonikers to learn to trade it properly.

By the way, I am not the only senior Soniker to have said so, I am just the most persistent. But Domas, Basber, Muhammad, and Sonic himself have at one point or another, and in some cases several points, gently tried to rein in your non-SonicR tendencies. Since those attempts failed, I was hoping a more direct and stark approach would have the desired effect. It has had some small effect, but it is clear that any change will be temporary.

I'll leave the thread to you. At least I can say I tried to get the thread back on its original track.

I cannot stop you from besmirching the reputation of another, and then running away to hide again, just like you did the last time that you drove a fine person off this thread by your constant "digs". I cut you some slack, and considered you friend, but no more. You engage too much in criticizing others and offer too little in constructive postings of actual trades.

In response to your sullying of my presence here, maintaining this thread while you come and go, abandoning anytime you feel the urge to cut and run.....

1. Neither my reference to BBs, nor Sonicdeejay's reference to BBs, is contrary to the "assumptions of SonicR", as you put it. BBs are people/trading concerns that move price. SonicR is a method of trading.

2. Yes, I am the most frequent poster on this thread.

3. Many of my views are at odds with SonicR princiiples? Only my money management has been different. You exaggerate beyond all reason, just to make yourself appear authoritative, when you are simply trying to tear someone else down. Does it make you feel big? BTW, you criticized my money management on my multiple part UChf long trade, saying it has been in a 10,000 plus pip trend down for years. Last week I closed that trade for over 1,400 pips, while you posted no trades at all!

4. You mention Domas, Basber, Muhammad and Sonic himself as offering advice and suggestions for improving trading. Sometimes I make mistakes, and these good hearted folks are there to assist. That is the benefit of this thread. But, unlilke you, they do not undermine and make excuses for doing so.

5. You say you'll leave the thread to me, and that you "tried" to get the thread back on its original track. That is a laugh and a half. You came back with an abortion concept of trading the Daily chart. Talk about non-SonicR! And since you've been back you've posted the conclusion of just one trade for some 200 pips. Just one trade. And not even a classic Sonic R. trade!

The last time you left this thread, after stiring things up, I was saddened. This time I am not. I think I misjudged you the first time, because most of what you have "contributed" this time has been criticism, slander and preaching,.....with absolutely no Sonic R. trading.

I'm no bad at reading volume but I don't see stopping vol as you see. It's only that we are at demand level, but guess what, you are right again... It acts as decent support

May you post your chart with your vol?

I recieved this PM which I am answering here in case others might find the information helpful.

Part_4 of the External Inputs window controls how the horizontal lines are displayed, using an input number of 0 thru 4:
0 - lines are full screen wide
1 - lines start at chart left and end with the end of the current day
2 - lines start at the start of the current day and end at the end of the current day
3 - lines start at the start of the current day and end at chart right
4 - lines start at the last candle and end at chart right. With this number, you can also shift lines to start further right of the last candle.

Geez enigma4x, whats the fuzz about.

Now Iīm not Tah - and donīt know what the fight is about, but since you are referring to the fib levels that I use let me tell you this.

1. I spent the better part of a month creating and testing the levels, so that they would fit with the s+r levels I use along with the Sonic R system and the daily ranges, targets etc.

2. You donīt have to be a coder to enter some levels into a freely provided MT4 tool.

3. If these levels already was invented by another guy - you should have told me, so that I didnīt waste all that time.

4. On the funny side of it - hey after all, maybe I am a coder since I could create those levels and enter them all by myself

Entered short, EP = 1.4527. Another SonicR entry is planned if PA drops below Dragon. At the second high for the day, the activity peaked, which you can see from the volume study. The SL is tight, in case this continues up. However, as Basber pointed out, since the thrust down carried PA all the way thru the Dragon, this has increased chance to be a successful short trade.

And I would like to take this opportunity to thank Hans for his work on the FE study settings. I have added some levels, and one or two might be slightly different, but that is only due to my own experimentation. Han's work is the foundation of the FE study shown. Thank you, Hans.

I won't experiment too much. I promise. I changed to slightly lower and higher SL settings to set a range for myself, with the intent to keep SL close. The added distant levels serve to help me see how well key levels are aligning with overall PA. It might help to assure me I have good positioning of the FE study.
