The way I heard it was that...at the time the building was erected, it was by far the tallest in the city. They didn't think they would need a face, because nobody would ever be high enough to notice she didn't have one.

Same here... last time I was sick... got overtaken by 3 separate virii at once... respiratory, sinus, and the flu to top it off...
