I would call it a bearish cloud breakout.

Here is a clear example.......i've put a circle in it. Bearish cloud pierced after a period of stiff resistance.

That's easy, using an example where you can already see the result, why don't you take Magix up on his challenge and post what your thoughts are for the chart as it is right now.

Put your thinking into words, reason it through, back it up with a chart, you'd be surprised what it will do to your trading and your bottom line.

All the elements are there, just put it into some cohesion, make a plan and post it.

Not for me to agree with, disagree with, nor trade off of...

Checking out all 3 posts on the same trade strategy, I think you have put your efforts in. Whilst a lot of the others are away, keep on keeping on brother.

He is the only person I ever banned for a reason other than spamming. He never got why he was banned. I tell you today. He used abusive language for god in commenting to one of my post. I first warned him and gave him a chance of correcting the mistake. When he didn't do it, I reporting him for Respect Fellow Trader and banned him (he came out of the ban in minutes). It was not because of his comments about me but he was banned hurting feelings of many if not most.

I today wanted to see why this guy has stopped posting and offer any help in trading.

Trade.yog: 4310 wow! pretty far - Im seeing a base at 4350 looking to exit at 4360 it wont be an easy fall - it may take some nudging, but the goal is not to marry the trade as an opportunity to reverse course could also present itself.

How did you arrive at 4310 - what factors did you take into consideration or are you looking in isolation?

yeah i agree ..i track elliott wave patterns .. the Double Combination just ended at 4480 and according to current wave impulsive structure 4310 does not hold any significance than just minimum requirement to complete the rules of thestructure ..

... liking the dailies below 4446. it seems we will break out soon and it will be sweet.. keeping it to a minimum and will continue do so for now.

Looking at my chart....the analysis I use indicates that I am safe to take longs anywhere above the top of the orange cloud on the right side of the chart (bullish cloud).

The dark blue line at 1.438 is called the KijunSen and it has been there for 4 days...it explains why we had trouble crossing that line and even so...it explains why price made a belly flop towards 1.438 a few hours ago....

Hope you'll get what you want - I think you entered very high. I don't share your view that it is safe to take a long anywhere above the forward kumo

- h1 is currently bearish although with thin kumo.
- d1 has a flat kumo top and that indicates attraction towards 426 -429
- the 4month TL was rejected
- Macd looks a bit exhausted and RSI is just above 50

WOW, steve jobs has resigned from $AAPL, remember it fell 7% when he was ill, tomorrow could be bad for AAPl, NASDAQ futures just fell loads, and it sent E/U down a few pips on the news, interesting stuff!!

He went off on a Jew/Nazi tirade one night....a month ago-ish. I banned him. Spoke with Twee about it and he agree it was just too far past the line of no return. POS!!!
