Why? Probably the bad news was already factored in, bastards just took an opportunity to get a better price. Then again, I have little idea of where this pair should be heading. I guess it comes down to whether or not you think there is QE3 or a QE equivalent from the fed, apparently the market thinks there will be.

I can't see what has changed between last weeks black friday, and this week that would support a rally. I'm feeling textbook cognitive dissonance. Technicals keep telling me up, but it seems like there is no good news on the horizon to back it up, except QE3, but I don't understand quite how the market can be expecting that to take place (at least yet).

Forgot about the downside...waiting for the upside to break...that damn 1,4440 seems to be used to take profit...but the weak bounce off it might be a hint for a break later.

Waiting for the supply area 1,4490-1,4510...and higher on a daily basis...1,4640, and if weekly wants it 1,4800+
