Yes...it can be tiring and mentally challenging. Those two things don't work well together if you aren't rested and able to focus 100%. Sometimes it is good to just sit back and watch...maybe even trade in demo if you want to try new things out. But, losing money because you're tired and make a poor judgment can really make you feel bad, and hurt your confidence going forward.
