If the closing of the position was according to a signal of your established strategy and the loss limited by your risk management, than you dont need to be sad.

Even H4 is starting to range now. As for me...I will do what I have been doing the last days already...long at the buttom of the range with tight SL...and wait for a little more pressure on the banks to intervene again...for a sudden move up.

i would have done it again if the chance came again. no regrets , how often do we see 50 pipps in 1 sec or a fake intervention , a strong burst warrant a quick response.

You ought to make habit of putting a stop order so that you don't get owned by these fakeouts. Try it next time and let us know how it went. All the best!

Yesterdays head fake was nice I pocketed a few pips, I have established a couple of long positions with one that is underwater with a very wide stop, however I know when I will punch out....with a chance of intervention I think it is ok to establish long positions in the 76 to 77 range (small positions), because of this I was able to profit from the head fake and then reenter the position. Now only have one position open, looking to reenter in lower 76, might attempt some sell scalps shortly.

For now, I'm still bias down....78.00 need to break upside,
otherwise I expect a new historical low, possibly @ 75.00 ?

by market sentiments .72 and below will be the buy zone. and from how the market reacts yesterday. buy zone .60-.72 , SL .50 , TP 77.10.

market will start ranging at 77.10 - 76.72
