going to hit BOJs soft spot anytime soon, if i were to be BOJ i am going to give the market some scare to avoid a lower low. Why is Oanda having a unfair spread.

G20 has agreed for global co-ordination, especially asian currencies will appreciate against dollar. I don't think BOJ will be the first to violate this norm.

this is getting ugly. can you imagine 65 yen to a dollar?

actually i had hard time imagine 85 when it was 95. now 85 seems like pretty good price.

5 pips here on oanda on the bid price , sell price 0 spread , wth, nothing to justified the spread .

Yeah 5 pips is a bit excessive. Do you have a second account with a different broker to compare?

Just checked the Oanda website - they write its due to the volume of trades going on with it. Looks like everyone is eyeing the buy before BOJ intervention (should it happen).

BoJ blathers about fighting those nasty speculators with there 'unnatural, one-sided moves'.. let's see how they allow the stops to be triggered and bad boy's buy orders filled, then intervene with force.. they'll care for pretty profits of those nasty guys.. nice.

these big boys are known to break the limits and escape before boj comes.

I'm in at 76.52 for a couple of hours now, however in the back of my head I keep hearing "don't' try to catch falling knives.
