its alrdy flipin,I had terrrible headake when silver droped in may , 1700 pips on compounding positions straight in to toilet .......closed all longterm in xag & xau on friday, gold laging but who knows, comparing xag to xau gold should be around 600 , but inverse silver should tank to 100 which should be nominal silver price in these market conditions comparing rarity in earth core, not paper value, markets have lost connection to much fear & once again sharks like Soros bite good chunk of some markets........ liqudity was never a problem but high volatility will kill us all !!!!!!! Train to hold your breath !

The guys in zerohedge are good in general but lately are getting into sensationalist mode with their posts. Is doom or gloom every second post. Some are good with technical background but this on is misleading at least, from the title "133% Of German GDP Pledged" to end.

A full implosion of Italy and Spain will put the EU (and beyond) under water with or without the euro and the requirements for the EFSF €3.5 trillion is just a reference on a massive sell off and collapse at the same time of all European financial sector and there are many intermediate technical tools to "play" with the policy so there is no 3.5 trillion tomorrow or die option. Obviously risk on the EZ and Germany losing the grip short term are real risks to the euro zone.

Naaaa..........

Fact is, that in a big crash most of the time Gold too depreciated. People will need their Gold-"Money" to pay back debt etc., so you will face a phase of high Gold supply (value down).

But when things starts to get really really ugly with defaulting currencies it might be opportune to buy Gold at a good level.

EW wise a good level would be (depends on the count) between 500-750 or around 1000-1250 (have to adjust my counts first to come up with better numbers).

My game plan: short stocks, short commodities, short Euro, long USD - to buy at the right time Gold

I had a friend that worked behind the bar there. I used to hang my hat at Tavern on Rush, Gibsons, and just about any other place they wouldn't kick me out of. I'm sure we know a few of the same poeple.

he may have over-estimated gdp. as economy shrinks. so does gdp. the pledged % may be greater.

A break of 4053 invalidates it.
I"m waiting for 1,426x....but the last H1 candle is weak...not enough power to get there.
So another test of the support around 1,416x-7x to get some buyers.

Anyway it's better to wait for London tomorrow...and i have an eye on 1,4460 as well ...we'll see
