ok, +26 so far adjusted SL to 127.767 TP to 127.223 modest to be sure but not able to keep monitoring.
Idea was to walk through one of these trades and see development, hopefully it can help someone.

Always use a SL. Two options. Either as BigE said i.e move back two candles and use the high of that candle as a SL for sell or low for buy. Or else you can use swing high and swing low.

It is very bad practice to trade without using stop loss.

Thats my oppinion at least. Hope that's the answer you were looking for!

Hi all - I havent traded much over the past week due to all of the news stories, here are the results of last 3 trades inc gbpjpy today. I have been setting TP & SL at 1 x ATR, as I have not been able to watch the trades. Really happy with the steady progress !!

Hi eelfranz and everybody. Found your method a week ago and will trade it. My first trade:
eurusd 4hour short at 1.4234
S/L : 1.4364 above previous candle
reason: good TDI angle and first red candle has good momentum and crossed the 5 SMA, closed below (MA not the rules, but bonus)

Good morning!

I have two trades this morning, I shorted EUR/USD and the GBP/USD.
EUR/USD @ 1.42320
GBP/USD @ 1.63699

Sorry, if the TDI Alert you can't see through it, it's not that useful. I should probably change it to regular TDI visual.

Well, anyway, have a great pippin day!
I'm up about +27 pips on E/U so far, and +15 pips on G/U.
Any thoughts? Comments welcome.

eurusd short: at +30 pips, I put S/L to BE, so no more loss possible.
edit: exited one half at +43 pips (much price action in the past at that level, see left), second half running at no cost.

Thanks for all the seniors who have been contributing to the forum. I have read first 100 pages of this thread over the weekend.

One question I have... is TDI indicator available on any other platforms other than metatrader?

EURAUD is on the downside on 4 hour chart, you guys should take a look at this, its been on the massive run last week, looks like a proper set up using Big E chart. Any comment?

Agree with you. GBPAUD also looks similar. Took this EURAUD short trade when 4hr TDI crossed and profited 50 pips. Thanks to Big E and the system.

I know it is available for Ninja Trader. This is the platform I use.
