definition of a recession is having 2 quaters of NEGATIVE growth... which as you can see it did happen in 2008 Q4 and 2009 Q1... but we got out of that...

I have IBFX and I think they are good but they to froze my live platform for 5 minutes so I couldn't trade. So routine during the news.

Thanks, yes that's the main point i was trying to get across, i miss typed about the recession, I meant a return to recession obviously but worded it wrong in my haste. The link I posted was clearly a joke, some are a bit slow here maybe?

QE1 and QE2 is probably the reason how US got out of recession but thats bad news if thats the case... because it means US is basically flooding their economy wtih money to avoid a disaster but the Dollar weakening will hit like a Tank rollling over men....

Wait for data and them let price move around a bit and then react to the price. PA is where it's at. It takes a little patience and the willingness to know that we as traders are not fortune tellers. Example: After Data, you see a large candle on the H4 chart and there is some room to breath before the next pivot (S/R) move down to a 15 or 30 minute chart and wait for a bounce in the direction of the large H4 candle and there you go, Good Luck With Your Trading.
