S/D being supply and demand? I'm still not certain how S/D differs from support and resistance but I'll figure it out. Right now I'm using PA at S/R and trend-lines as well as psych levels and pivots which has been working pretty well.

Just dont neglect multiple timeframes and u should be ok....be mindful of monthly weekly daily pivots

They are very close to the same. Supply and demand is more so looked at as zones (depending on timeframe, it could be 5 pips, could be 50, or could be 100-200).

I do 50% + slip if I get any of the zone for targets.

Seems like u would pick the low end of the zone
For a target? It's very rare that I don't see at least 50% of the zone hit. Most likely top will be hit, but even safer at the 50% + slip. You have to let price push into the zone a bit before the buyers or sellers start to wake up. and jump on board.

50% is almost always a given. Enough that I base my strategy around it anyways, and I do move stops to BE once the bottom of the zone has been entered just in case it does want to go all springy on me.

One other thing... I do build my zones strictly off of the open/close. Ignores high/lows.

My wicks are practically invisible. Maybe that would help you see what I see more clearly.
