that is true, esignal data feed supposedly the best for tick or maybe use futures vol as a proxy variable, i use vol just for additional confirmation, but price bars are the meat of my method, so regular br0ker works for me...

I know to be emotionless, but I think it will still take me a couple of weeks to get over my natural fear reaction, I've only been learning about forex since the end of June and live for a couple of weeks so I'm not under too much pressure to perform yet

First week of trading with proper sized lots, still a bit edgy about taking losses bigger than about 5-10 pips.
Re-entered for a short scalp from 4079 again, now waiting (read: hoping for) another pullback, but if not it's a lesson learned and no loss to me and I'll enter back at my original level

Yeah, one of my bigger problems at the moment is being too cautious. It probably doesn't sound like it from saying I've only been live a couple of weeks, but when I say full sized lots, I'm scaling in micro lots, as I move each one to break even I can add another, so while I'm trading quite a large amount of micro lots, the risk is off the table before I add. This is the way I feel most comfortable.
