however its a good level to short according to my charts
and the target is EMA 6 on H4 (learnt from Magix and Kenfen)

Well we will never know the exact level until they do it but is self explanatory in any chart where is the area and we are inside of that area right now. Not sure about the US position on this. However, the issue is the same and some bad numbers in the US can do the trick faster than you think (as with the last BOJ intervention).

I usually trade the 4h. If you have a look at the 4h chart, there is a top 1.4530 on the 26/7 and 1.4450 on 01/08, draw some parallel lines top and bottom and you will see the channel that i am tracking.

I also have sell orders waiting at 1.4350 and 1.4400. Target 1.4150 by mid of next week. Risking 1 % of my account on the combined trade.

Not the best time to take new things in consideration today ...

NYSE will show ... Stock Futures are up mildly atm ... Gold same old story ... up as well ...

Mixed picture ... overall ... I can wait ...

Maybe correction down later ... but no reason to act now ... not for me ...

1 hour 61.8 retracement with bearish hidden divergence but the Euro still seems pretty strong. Under normal circumstances, this would give a few nice pips to the short side.

Phanti, Agree on the LL but Why marking the swing lows in H1 but marking only the swing highs in daily?. Are you sure that you don't have a break to HH in that chart and also in H4 (not in daily) ...

Still holding on this Retarded long... took an extra -400 pips before UCHF hints at a bloody intervention, UCHF now at 0.7750, failure to break below 0.7750 will open up 0.79 for me, that would surely give me an ease.... 0.8150 is achieveable... 0.83 top of the bear channel

Feeling the urge to short here at around 1.4315 but with the next set of US data but 45 mins away, think I will stay my hand.
