Posted 4280 a bit ago, want to see that first. SNB is not going to continuously dump CHF, they'll do it in tranches. 4280 has been a player for a week, I'll see what the landscape is once we get there. Playing it carefully today.

You can't prove such thing, unless you are the broker of SNB

When CHF pairs dropped back to bottom (8:45-8:56), gold rose (8:33-8:56). When CHF started spiking up (8:57) at the same time gold dropped 3 dollars till 9:02 when CHF first stabilized.

I see but what I meant is that they will keep actively participating in every push down until they stop the selloff (and form Support TA) so every wave down will be very risky.....Obviously, the effect is just short term (few weeks or months) as we have seen in most of the LAST Yen intervention ...

Cloggie, when you say a BoJ intervention is easier to play, do you mean you get some warning before, or is it more gradual or what exactly?

EU is not a CHF pair and should feel not much influence from SNB actions. Just a little volatilty, that's all.

Lol buddy, that intervention we had 15-30 minutes ago, look where XAUCHF flew... Exactly as SNB intervened... im not the broker of SNB but i sure know how they roll... XAUUSD dropped 3 usd before it bounced, only explanation is people are reacting to SNB so not surprised to see it drop 3 dollars before it rose 10... typical action and reaction....

Here is the chart fo XAUCHF it rose 30ish CHF compared to XAUUSD it rose 10USD... now im no pro but even a retard would say XAUCHF had a bigger Movement... doesnt this make you wonder if SNB was actually buying Gold??
