If UJ goes lower this week like 75, don't forget to adjust your target. You don't want to be away from your computer if an intervention is on the books and you get 30 pips where you can easily get 300 pips.
My target on UJ longs is 79.60 (61.8% fib), maybe I'll make it 80.00 for this week.

similiar here i have tp 80 dead but then buy orders at 81,3... in between i have no idea what can happen. 77,25 now btw

Hi guys, it seems to me that the JPY issue is back on the table. Do you think that japanese government is going to implement one more intervention? JPY once again looks highly appreciated to USD so I believe we shouldn't exclude the possibility of that event.

Yes but if vote will be positive I think go up 100 pips or more for shure, but it is after you. What you think? I take because this pair was very close to lowest level.

Any theories as to why the market opened 100pips higher....only to slowly crawl back 50? I think it's the back and forth of when they're going to hold the Senate vote.

I think at this time patience is needed. The US is skating on thin ice and it's craking.
I'm sure too that there will be a deal met to raise the debt ceiling. We will have to see how the market reacts after the honeymoon period is over.
Forcing a position at the moment is risky and calling a bottom is even more so.
I agree, US is skating on thin ice, so does lot of other nations like Euro (saving the defaultees), Jap (sitting on too much debt) and China (invested in too much of US/Jap/Eutro debt). I dont trust in the dooms-day scenario that people talk about the US default(which cannot happen- how do you feed the hungry mouths and that will be a political disaster for Obama), but I am not either calling it a bottom. My thinking is that it will not get worst. I will wait for my technicals for trend reversal.

And with so much focus on spending cuts, dont you think QEx is off the table?
If short term debt deal, barely any chance of QE3, longer term deal might lead to some QE, but will be opposed. Just my thoughts....
