We closed on the third/fourth bull in try where we did not manage to close above .44. I guess this doesn't necessary have to mean it won't go above .44 tommorow but because of argument #2 there's a good chance it won't manage to conquer .44.

#2: Deal framework reached on raising U.S. debt ceiling

Prolly the most important one anyway....
The FED will have substantial NEW power if there is a deal. The cuurencies to watch will be USD/JPY and Gold which is money though not an official currency.

The Dow will probably bounce and money will leave the US bonds and flow back into the Dow and SP500. Gold will sell off now that short term risk is off.

However there are other factors which might trump the above obvious ones.

They are as follows;

(1) As the Debt Limit goes up so does the price of Gold. Look at a chart and it will be very clear.

(2) This is because of new debasement of the US dollar.

(3) The money supply will be increased and the US Dollar index will go down. The wild card short term is the problems with the debt issues of the PIIGS.

(4) We soon will see the NEW Pan Asia Gold exchange which will add a third price fix and change the dynamics of the paper Gold market.

(5) If there is no deal which is unlikely however possible there will be many unknowns as US Bonds will sell off, yields will go up along with Gold and the US Dollar index will be affected.

Summer on 2008 EURUSD forming is double top ... I agree.. //
But this year 2011 is not double top forming .. let's see ..

if EurUSD stop at 1.480-1.490 .. and reversal .. beware history as 2008 ...
so Exactly EURUSD is double top .. beware//

First EURUSD should go to higher of this Year.. before we will decide to bet
