Apparently if you check by Country and plot the Longing volume on it.... Indonesia has the highest lot size longing the EURCHF... another asian pacific idiot living there...

when SHTF investors go to cash(usd) and bonds, meaning that they liquidate assets. and now a credit downgrade/default changes the bond situation. they will sell treasuries, in case you have forgotten the huge multidecade bull run for treasuries. Im sure a credit downgrade/default will surely put a halt to any continuation. So what will they sell treasuries for? usd....

ive heard bloomberg saying that if by 2 august there is no decision $ will rise? i know there any many other factors but any ideas what would the us debt do to the $ on 2 aug or before?

many i believe building longs by averaging down but it probably on 2013 for it to be green. Clearly bears is far from exhaustion so until the chart said so, scalping long only

watch out with those shorts. Every attempt has bounced right off the trendline. Pretty consistent support for the last few hours.

frankly its an arbitrary date... with a simple congressional recess they can easily postpone the decision

till then risk aversion from the USD will be high.... mainly cause of people being unsure of what the final outcome will be of this debaucle

yea US has been real famous in playing with people telling them of a deal to be made and stuff... the delay in decision may end up being a nightmare for many facepalmers out there...
US just love to screw with us the result will slap alot of people in the face....
