I agree 100 % for this. It has to form on the new month the upper wick of the new monthly candle (or maybe it is a lower wick ? But this would mean the trend came to an end).

nzd/cad looks tempting to short, but I was burned last time, so I wait for daily close.

Imagine the lower weekly trendline breaks, and the monthly is hint, it will.

I know it looks different on other broker, but I Trade with oanda.

i think we have not need for a confirmation for this bearish pattern because upper wick show us power of sellers also enter new sellers in this week
