Early this week sentimentrader.com put out some interesting info. Their latest figures came out yesterday and showed a big drop in public opinion over the dollar's prospects. In one week, the reading fell from about 53% to under 33%... a level that has historically halted intermediate cycle low (The document).. so we might be ready to a higher dollar soon... Or not...

Still showing a bearish engulfing on the two day out of supply zone. For me, I trade the time frame though though. Eventually one of the time frames has to lie to you to give way to another time frame.

12h shows it wants H&S even more then any other.

But, the way I work is that, the higher the time frame, regardless if it's an odd ball or not, the more weight I give to it.

Generally I like to see total overall direction from the higher time frames, and will listen to a zone on the smaller time zones for areas of potential pull backs and retraces to jump on board. Like even today, event hough we have that bearish engulfing, no way I would be selling it right now without a retrace or a move out of this current crap zone we are in.

And, of course, levels are levels, regardless of the time frame you look at them from. You will see the reaction on every time frame, albiet the bigger, the less significant it looks.

One time frame I have begin to take a liking too is the 10 minute. 5 minute whipsaws me a bit too much, and 15m tends to make me fall asleep. That 10 minute is a nice compromise between them. Clears out a bit of the whipsaws while still needing me to be somewhat active.

I know. I used the 9 and 3 minutes many times. 30 seconds was the lowest I went. LOL.

Are you using an EA on mt4 to give you these TFs? I let my subscription with IQFeed expire, maybe I should renew it...

Is that on Oanda?

For entry I only use 1M or 5M very interesting when you flick between them during liquid moments... 5M might look like crap but then 1M is very fine...

does anyone think that the reaction to crude oil was over the top and needs a correction, or does this range mean not? anyone countertrend trading this range, profiting from the whipsaw?

Just tesion around the inventory results...

Remember that oil is very easy to manipulate... Medium investors can make it jump 3-5 dollar alone...

I think 150 is a good price for crude these days...
