do Banks not do cross continent commerce on forex too?? theres an interbank market no? im getting rather confused when you're saying its not banks... so where does the money come from?? to move the market like this?? some do come from speculators but i wouldve thought banks would move the market to stop these speculators out...

and yea stuff you're talking i actually learnt... didnt know i could apply that statistics on forex lol... my bad... i almost never thought of it... now quick question... numbers being spread out.. so Standard Deviation is High or do you call it Low??

I think maybe what you meant was low volume/liquidity in summer due to many traders being on vacation. This would allow prices to be pushed around more easily...just like on bank holidays.

yep now you came up with the word... Liquidity.... low liquidity was what im trying to say omg... i cant believe i mixed up the words liquidity and volatility...

Thanks for correcting me, atleast i dont come out as a total fool now... just forgot the words... pfft i got the concept in my mind but got the wrong words... argh, gota lay off the mid day alcohol drinking habits...
