Agree but they won't get it. It will be covered in all mumbojumbo Marshall Plan whatever that europeans love....

Also the BB speech was also unexpectedly released so NY will mark the next move again like the last few sessions.

Yup. they are creating a fiscal integration for the periphery without a mandate/treaty, and Germany/France is picking up the tab.
