yes just simple pa... i actually got caught in a long but realized i was on the wrong side and took a 18 pip loss...

then got back on track and shorted at 4260 ... so with the loss ill be bagging 82 pips bc i exited on 2 levels so i averaged it in

What makes you think that 4100 will go before the official announcement? or do you think the knee jerk reaction will be enough. In my case, looking to the other side with reports (obviously) on the 1.418x area as trigger to 1.44xx ...

There are rumours of a "selective default" this morning. Not sure whether 4100 is going to go before the announcement, but when it does 4040 will be next. I for one will not be buying this pair today. Risk is massively of today, XAU/XAG holding, es/DOW down, CDS up, 2/5yr periphery up, DAX/FTSE down. Risk/correlated not looking good for the Euro.

I still want to see what default mechanism they have in mind and how much they would want the private sector to carry the burden, that will seriously hurt the Greek/Portuguese/Spanish banks, that will drive the indices further down, heavily weighted by finance sector, watch the FTSE on that one. All in all not looking good for the Euro today, the ugly sister race has a temporary winner here.
