Looks like london is bullish on this pair...this may be the trend till NY which tends to be bullish anyway.

That is a good SL, if you check the daily, bulls still need to worry. If I'm am correct Oscar Carboni () calls this a swing setup.

Edit, just checked his website and indeed, he calls the swing setup.

Edit2, It is better trade step by step. We clearly felts some support @ 4100, so you need to be cautious then.
