Does anyone know if Big E take into consideration a good angle in a green bounces?

So far I dont see set ups on EUR/USD, EUR/GBP, AUD/JPY, USD/JPY, EUR/JPY, GPB/USD, AUD/USD, USD/CHF.


Hopefully at 1:00 am (EST) we get some set-ups.

This thread is for trading and learning the TMS system, which I find very helpfull, I feel that Religion and Politics should not be discussed here.

I'm in two trades this morning. Took a bounce on USDJPY (long) and a Cross on EURNZD (long)

Anyone in these trades?

I'm not in here. Every currency I see is as flat as can be. My guess is it will be a narrow trading range until EU Bank Stressless tests come out tomorrow.

I do like the USD/JPY trade, but more so because I think the BOJ will hop in soon to help their exporters. Rule wise, the trade doesn't qualify due to cross is 6 candles old, TDI slope is flat also.

Wish you nothing but positive pips though!

Side note, last crazy bank induced spike those 6 candles ago was at the 78.6 figure. If we get much lower than that, IF, I think BOJ is going to soften their JPY. Opinion of course!

Anyone else care to add any thoughts?

Hi TraderDC,

I did not trade the eurnzd long as the long term daily is down so it would break my rules. And the usdjpy is rising into previous strong support that may become resistance so again it does not meet my personal rules.
That's not to say they will not do well, and i hope you make many pips but i can not trade them as i have to stick to my rules or i have no strategy.

On my charts eur stopped to the pip at the Nov '10 highs. I agree a move down likely but with all the banking stress tests, eurozone problems, US debt ceiling issues anything could happen.

In fact EurNzd Hit my sl so that was bad trade oh well I will learn from my mistakes... and I will keep the daily trend in mind as you stated Bez.

UsdJpy seems to be rising slowly but I'll stay out of trades like this. After I went in I realised that it has been ranging a bit.... not the ideal situation!

Anyone shorting silver? Seems to have the beginnings of a setup on the H4 and H1 , though a nasty hook on the M30 (not that we look at those T/Fs do we!! )

I would like to share with you a recent trade of AUDUSD taken on H4 TF. My entry was at the time of the yellow vertical line and my TP was 2*ATR(7) and I reached the target. On its own it was not the best setup but because of the resistance (the horizontal magenta) I felt it strong enough.

That was a nice trade, I took that one too. currently still in at +115 pips.
Short Euro and remaining that way. That's just the way it is !
