why is used with stochastik 40-60 widths, with original these were 20-80.
What is better with yours system?

I tried different ways of closing the trades in my backtesting and the best for these pairs was this (1st half SL=TP, 2nd half = let it go not until the cross (it can sometimes turn around and continue in its direction) but wait for the price to show that this is a serious correction. Sometimes you get less pips but sometimes much more than when you would exit at the first cross).

Yeas... stoch will cross again and we can ride it again

Hi Steve!

I use these levels only for exits, not for entries... and I tried in my back test to exit at 80 and 20 levels but it was most of the time too early...

My SL got hit so I am +1 on this one... waiting for the pullback to get a little higher and then if the conditions are met we can go short again

USDCHF short is going very nice... The first TP at +170 pips just got hit so the second half of my trade is still open with the SL at +5 pips (I decided to not move my SL to BE+1 but BE+5 because of the commission). Right now the trade is at +187 pips



I feel kind of sorry for closing last night the AUDUSD trade. It is now +170 pips from where I closed it but that is the rules! Next time I could get burned if not following them... If the Stoch crosses tonight I will go long again. But I might have to wait till tommorow... nevermind

Nice Trade Slurpee! It just goes to show that you can never really know how far price can travel. CHF is now at historic levels!
Yes, thanks to Crude Oil Inventories, my USDCHF just closed out for +168.

Funny, I wasn't at all sure about it this morning. As usual, could go a lot further.

What I am watching...

AUDUSD Stoch long... today the cross will happen very probably but it won't be confirmed until tomorrow candle has been finished

GBPUSD short in a few days... probably

My stoch has already crossed... I think it is the candle close time differential coming into play here.

Anyone trade this pair? Currently shorting it as there has been a cross. This one's scary though since the pair is really volatile, often moving 400-500 pips a day and it could move against your direction wiping out your account. Keeping my fingers crossed on this one

EDIT: lol, I forgot. 100 pip is equal to only $1 in this pair.
