Has the spread tightened with MB since they introduced getting paid for adding liquidity ?

Search cashback offers technically it is somewhat different from MB's offer but u will get paid for all your trades not only limit orders ...

Metatrader not connected....down..not working 45 mins into est open...happened 2 weeks ago also....don't open accnt. if you plan on trading 5pm -5:45 est...because MB is often down....if you call the trading desk they say it should be up shortly...ya right

& happens when there is gaps & market get nervous. Strange how this failure happen only on Metatrader 4....

I have a few questions. Is there any minimum pips that the limit orders need to be set away from the current price? And if I'm running on the demo server, why do I keep getting "Off quote" when I try to set a limit order 1 pip away from the current price (is this only a demo server occurrence)?

I have transferred all of my accounts to MB Trading, and doing some testing on the demo server before I put it on my live account, and try to take advantage of the limit order rebates. But I'm getting these "off quotes" message when I try to set a limit order in the demo environment. I would like to get this resolved as soon as possible.

It wasn't just on MT4. And it came up by 5:45 pm EST. Most common day for issues is always Sunday, bank start-up.

hi justin, how come my orders don't get closed, although the currency pari already hit mi profit target? i am enclosing a print screen. it happened on eurchf. regrards

The issue was also on the Desktop Pro version. Everything showed green and connected, pricing moving, and when I placed an order, all I got was business rejected. Rebooted and "it's a miracle"', the messages disappeared. When I called in, all they said is we didn't see it on our side, it must your connection. Me thinks there is more to this and the help desk won't admit it. Liquidity issues maybe?

there could not be a 'computer problem' in my case, since i opened the position along with stop loss and profit target orders in the previous week...something else must have gone wrong...

I have a live accnt. with Oanda and it is Metatrader....Oanda was alive and running without problems...this is where I made my trades....this is the reason I have another broker besides MB...MB has problems at the Sunday open to to to often.

Nevermind. It's Monday now, and the servers are taking the limit orders now. But the problem was that on Sunday, I was not able to place these limit order due to "Off Quotes" message...and when there were enough of these "Off Quote"...the demo account gets disabled by MB Trading...and effectively killing my demo trials/history.

WTF! Calling their support and have been on hold for 30 F*&^%ing minutes. Can't place an order again today.......this has cost me hundreds of dollars.....

Correction: I was just informed that we had one ord server go offline last night and we brought it back as fast as we could. We have several ord servers, so a handful of customers were effected.

Your screenshot is for a Demo account. We do updates to Demo account from time to time that can disrupt orders. We did one last week, which was after your trade was entered but before it hit your T/P.

As someone else said, “Demo is demo.”
