I am confidence that Justin will be on here to answer all of your questions and try to resolve them.

Like I said, I have been with them for over three years and they have exceeded all expectations.

I have been trading stocks with Schwab for over 25 years now.

Traded Dow futures with PFG for three years.

I have experience with top of the line brokers.

Have you called tech. support?

Otherwise you just need to go with somebody else.

Really. Just go with a different broker.

Yes, sent ticket with 4 problems/questions, got an answer to one: Go there, click there, voila it works, but that was NOT the same link and click I claimed it doesn't work :-)

Additionaly: our website is BETA? Go figure.

Other 3 problems/questions has been left unanswered (including the one about wrong position cost - the most important one).

Well, Astroman, moving on is not that much hard, it is easy. However, why not spot and fix rather than look and move?

Btw, you are posting rather short answers just to say the same thing: "it's your problem, if you don't like it, go somewhere else".

Listen: in the time when Linux started to show, I was part of a small team working on a small part of it. Long story short: with tons of bugs and difficulties at the time we did not give up because we wanted a better product. And we did it. We didn't "move on". The same was for many other teams working on their own projects. Damn, why you people think the best options is just to move on?

As a business decision, I'll probably "move on". As a human been (curious, educated, experienced, etc.) I prefer to tell people they have problems! Simple!

Peace Y :-)

Forget the tickets. Make the phone call and talk to an actual person. They will help and more than likely solve your issues.

Take it anyway you want.

But, if you are not satisfied I am not going to tell you to stick with them.

Go somewhere else.

Plamen,

I'd like to help you and as I'm try to read through your various post here, I think it would be best if you just emailed me directly at [email protected] and then we can come back to FF and update everyone.

Please include your ACCT# and Full Name along with as much info you can provide, including;

1) what you've been experiencing in detail -including details about the times you experience the issues, what operating system your using, the browser(is it random, same time each day, etc)

2) your current process with your open tickets and who you have been dealing that said Android was in beta

3) what "website in beta" meant in your post? I think you were referring to our web app beta not website, right?

The more information the better.

Justin,

Why is it that the charts just refuse to load at times and at other times it loads in 2 secs?

Charts usually refuse to load few hours before the U.S. session opening. Few problems during the U.S. session. All three lights on bottom right that shows quote, order, history connections are lit green at all times. Market depth and other quote flow is also active but the charts just wont load.

I suspect there is a problem with history server. If so, is there any timeline when the same will be fixed?

Thanks.

Hi,

I've got a question for any of you who are trading live using a MT4 account & use myfxbook to track your account. When you have trades that close in partial lots & MT4 only registers part of the win have you found a way to get around MT4 classing the account adjustment as winning trades instead of just a deposit? As I'm finding this is throwing the myfxbook off

Thanks

Exactly the same.

They have two separate servers (different IPs, different networks: 216.* and 74.*) for history datafeed and other stuff. Here is another advice to MB Trading. Free of Charge. Check this one: 74.114.*.*.

I've got more advices though, again Free of Charge, if they are willing to listen :-)

I also tried around with desktop pro but I feel retarded when using it. I dont even know how to change a chart timeframe! Please help.

Thank you.

Forexquant,

Not sure what you mean by “buy limit orders can be matched at ask price.” If you place a buy limit below the ask and wait for it to get filled, you get paid on the trade.

In terms of Desktop Pro, I suggest taking one of our webinars to get familiar with the platform. We have a charting webinar on 7/20 which will cover some features of the Pro platform along with a closer look at the charts and then on 7/26 a full tutorial of the platform. Also feel free to call in and ask for someone to walk you through the platform.

Ok for example, I place a buy limit order at 1.6070(edited) when the current price was 1.6075/77. However, the buy limit order is not executed even if the price dropped to 1.6069/71. I thought my order should be executed before the bid price touched 1.6069. Please look at the screenshot of order modification window, obviously my order is still pending until the ask price hit 1.6070(edited).

As you can see at the bottom part of the screen, I paid commission instead of gettting paid when the order is executed.
Thank you for your assistance.

Forexquant,

I pulled up your account. First of all, your last post here references that you tried to buy at 1.4070 (which is the price range of the EURUSD), but the trades you are referencing are GBPUSD. Second, you show in your screenshot Demo order 5981381 (if this were a Live account, I would hope you would not include Order IDs on a public forum). That order is an order that you entered and then deleted, it never executed, but you show in the screenshot the order entry window as if you are implying that you placed it as a Limit and got filled based on the line below. The position that you are showing below with the $0.48 commission charge is order ID 5981405, which you placed with a Limit order to buy at 1.60704 after the ask was already at that price. Therefore, at the time you placed the trade, it was a marketable order, and you filled immediately. You only get paid for Limit orders that reflect on our ECN because they are NOT marketable at the time you place the trade.

Please have a look at our MT4 example in our YouTube videos to see how it works. Again, the simple test is to place a Limit order to buy the GBPUSD (or any pair) at a price below the current ask and wait for it to fill. When it does, you get paid, whether someone else hits you or the ask comes to your price and a bank fills you. Please note also that in the Demo environment, obviously Live customer orders aren’t hitting you, so in Demo, the fill will typically occur when the ask reaches your price. In Live, you interact with actual orders.

Ops it should be 1.6070 for GBPUSD, my mistake. The limit order in the 1st screenshot was accidentally deleted before it got match therefore i just recreated the same limit order again below the ask price. Oh ya this is a demo account too.

I have tried to do this many times and I did watch your video. I am pretty sure that my order was not marketable because I used pending order rather than market execution. The entry price was far below the ask price the moment i placed my buy limit order.

And I still have to pay the commission when the price hits my TP and close the trade automatically. I think all TP is not marketable right?

Sorry for being retarded in all these questions. No experience in ECN yet

Ok now I get it. Looks like I have to open a live account to get a better feel. But how about commission? I suppose i still get paid for my limit order entry and those trades that close due to TP, right?

Was on hold with the trade desk for 30 minutes and had to hang up before speaking to someone... Connection to trade server in MT4 is down (though the data/chart connection is still up), price went through my stop, but MT4 shows the order isn't closed and I'm bleeding $$$. Is this really happening, or can I trust that my actual stop was triggered?
