Hi all I am glad some of you guys managed to bag at least 19 pip on that touch trade. I in fact lost 10 pips on EURUSD for the total today. But I am not upset because I think I followed the rules to the best of my ability.

I agree with this 110% when I over trade by trading outside the rules base on just hunches I almost always lose money. I conclude that day trading this system requires much more discipline than 100% pure system trading I am use to. It is very tempting to think you are right and act on it outside the rules somehow.

Have a good weekend and thank you guys for all your support, I believe we all have the potential to do it. For the guys in the eurozone, please don't give up the fight for freedom and prayer, the fate of the world depends on the outcome at your end. (Ok enough off the topic talk here)

Btw I did not take the trade on the EURUSD everyone did because in my humble opinion the angle wasn't right. But you all that took the trade are probably more experienced than me. I need a crotch now and so I need to follow the rules very strictly like I am an absolute idiot. (Therefore I will trade like an idiot)

Right now I absolutely believe that it is possible to make a few percent at least everyday, day in day out just by following the 3 simple rules in the manual! See y'all on monday.

We will still be posting in the CHOROS thread for new people to learn and for experienced traders to evolve the system.

I was just wondering if this would be a one or a four bar retrace to EMA10.

There were two green bars, then a red one an now a green bar again. Do you count the retrace as a whole or just the bull bars?

I usually count the retrace as a whole, so this would be 4 bars to me...

Would this qualify as a possible constrainment trade for EU... not considering the time of the day... just wanted to post in here and not in interactive thread as I don't want to pollute it

Whatcha guys think of this??

i think Kostas opened the interactive thread exactly for that kind of questions, for speculating and calling choros signals so alerts given by anyone get evaluated and commented by others.
back to your question, i think liquidity is low right now, i know asia doesnt have much luck trying new highs but i dont know about lows.
by the picture of things right now it looks like we are consolidating with a possibility of a scoop up scenario since M15 35/50 are diverging. actually the H1 10 touch is happening right now, lets see what this brings.

My biggest concern is sometimes the market gets really correlated especially EURJPY, GBPUSD and EURUSD. When the signal all comes at the same time when they correlate I am hesitant to trade them at original lot size. I have brought up this issue before but no one seems to be concerned about it. It is something you here about from hedge funds from time to time about minimizing market exposure.......

PS: I just want to see if anyone here have anything to say about it. After this I won't bring this issue up anymore.

This issue has been discussed in here before. My take on it is that rarely you get the same quality signal on many currencies. Several times I have seen that both EU and GU give the same signal (e.g. M15 35/50 bounce) but in all cases one signal was better quality due to other factors (e.g. confluence with RN, other TF MAs, etc.). So in cases where you get the same signal in more than one currency, choose the best confluence signal and trade only that currency, full lot size.

I have created something for the same purpose. It basically plots a projected MA - what the MA will look like in the future if the trend continues at the exact same rate (if the slope of the MA remains the same as the last one). If someone may find it useful I could make a stand-alone indicator and post it (right now it is a small part of an ongoing project to make a program that will detect all valid Dance/Choros signals).

Can't understand it. You guys are talking about how many pips you earned all the time but I have one looser after another...

Last example: EUR/GPB SMA35 touch, confluence with H1 M10 touch. Stopped out at -12 pips.

I'm trading The Dance since February now and I can't see any success. Dou you think there are people who just can't trade this strategy profitable?

Micmic, that's a great indi! I keep drawing those lines manually with the trendline tool. It would be fantastic for them to show up automatically. I would definitely like you to post that indicator for download. Thanks!

Interesting approach my friend! Feel free to post it here if you get it as a standalone.
