My trade was @6am Gmt, good TDI cross, and the only support I had on the 4h chart was 1.5956, which as just been broken a few minutes back, currently +50, support/resistance is there to be broken

According to the rule, that entry should be 3rd candle from what i can see here. Any confirmation for clearity?

Hello all.

Like many other newbies i have been absolutely addicted to this thread for the last few days, in fact i am currently running a few browser pages, 1 for where i am upto in terms of reading the whole thread through and another keeping upto date with the latest posts.

Anyways in the last week of intense research i came across a website that contained quite an extensive list of MT4 Brokers and their GMT settings , not sure if it's been shard within this thread already (i'm only upto page 250) apologies if it has.

I am sure there are many others out there however i found this to be a pretty good starting point.

I personally am based in Australia however it contains links to MT4 Brokers worldwide:

If you took the trade at 6a.m. GMT, 50 pips above the next s/r, I see your point. Great that you've got +50.

Correct me if i'm wrong, but isn't it when the TDI crosses it has to be on the 1st/2nd candle?

This hour candle looks pretty strong - dont have my tdi or indis here - any opinions - i am not trading blind

I have a question, if say for example I am trading the 1 hour timeframe and the tdi has crossed up so i am looking to go long but the 4 hour timeframe has not changed direction should i stay out of the trade? I know I shouldnt go against the higher timeframe but it doesnt make any sense since the smaller timeframes will change faster than the higher ones and by the time the higher one changes i might have missed the move?

Some nice setups this morning on the 1 Hr EUR/USD and the 1 HR EUR/JPY.

EUR/USD ATR = 21 Target 1 = 42 pips Target 2 = 84 pips
Both Targets attained.

EUR/JPY ATR = 32 Targer 1 = 64 pips Target 2 = 128 pips
Both Targets attained

The EUR/USD met my rules for an entry. Clearly the Euro was showing weakness against all crosses.

I waited an hour after the E/U to make sure the EUR/JPY clearly broke below and closed below the previous support . . . then entered the EUR/JPY trade.

Normally I would not take the cross below the 32 on the E/J. But, the clear break below structure and confirmed downward momentum of the Euro made it a low risk.
