my level to watch for a bounce is 1.4284, as it is important fib cluser and if the market is still in harmonic mode then we would bounce, but not much, and then futher down.
Down view is more prefered due to Gartley apperaing on Daily TF as well.
Will provide next chart after lunch.

just checking out historical CDS spreads for the 10yrs on the PIIGS vs the EUR in 2008 and got the following:

between Sep and Dec 2008 the Eur went as low as 1.25 (as you are all aware)....

At the same time the EUR govt 10yr CDS spreads were as follows:

ITALY - 100-125BPS ISH - today trading at 200bps ish
Portugal - 100bps (unreal!) ish - today trading at 622bps ish
Spain - 100bps ish - today trading at 271bps ish
IRELAND - 100bps ish - today trading at 600bps ish
GREECE (hmmmmk) - 250ish - today trading at 1575bps ish

EUR is today around 1.43 at time of writing. so long CDS protection has gone through the roof in most cases since 2008 yet the EUR has still appreciated against the USD. interestingly we are at the top of a nice channel on the daily (on EU) going back to 2007 - are we in for a nice USD rally which will see this pair trade back down to 1.20 and below given the divergence between the EU pair and the 10yr EUR gov's CDS spreads over the same period?

Nice Gartley Flynchenberg.. Saw you'd posted that earlier this week. I have S/R @ 1.4129 which is pretty close to the acending trendline. Ultimately that is where I am looking for a reverse. Of course that is best case senario for my current trade.

Its funny, and to be honest, may well make newer people (like me) think twice about what they are doing. Whats more.. he was right.. Those who did enter long (in line with Cloggies commentry) of which there were likely quite a few - were probabally still holding on for a reverse when it went through their entry point and kept going down..
