I remember a while back it downgraded some other EU country at the 4500 level too sending it into a nose dive.

Do they plan this? Or pure coincidence that they always seem to do it when euro is trying to climb over a resistance?

Last time it was rebought, we will see what happens now, so far it made the daily look bearish, it was heading towards a neutral/bullish end.

Depending on the close, IMO the downgrade opens 1.438x below that it will need more than a knee jerk reaction.
