That's also why I don't read news usually (only some general feel on PC from ECB and FED, but still TA is leading then). In the move up from previous week, there were some posts about China buying. I have tried to find it in the graphs, but seems just to be stoplosses etc.

It's good to know depth of market when trading millions, but for small trader it's just extra noise...

Well i disagree with you on that one. I understand where are you coming and also understand why is not good idea to trade the news (I don't trade the news either) but FA is a key component in the markets (by far the most important) and is a key one in my trading style.

The issue is not getting confuse between trade the news and the direction FA gives in a particular market. Obviously, is not easy to read and understand fundamentals but if you manage to grasp at least the basics you will be miles away from the competition.

Again, FA will not give you a trigger (which is what 99% of the posters in FF are looking for) but it will give you a framework specially for direction that will allow you to "filter" when to look for a particular trigger (thats where TA rules) and more importantly it will make your trading plan a lot more consistent.... obviously if you are scalping 2 or 6 ticks in a M1 this is mostly irrelevant but if you are in H1 and above understanding FA will, in the worse case scenario, avoid you a lot of fake breaks in the wrong direction....
