I currently have this set up on the NZDCAD H4 chart. Do the last two candles constitute a long set-up? i.e. are they considered the first two candles, because they follow a red candle? Or are they candles 7 & 8 following the TDI cross?

Hi gh16, as far as I understand this is not set up, no cross, no bounce.
Wait for a clear cross.

didnt mean to debate .....but on H1 and H4 isnt ranging position with small body and large wick ??
which mean -that u already says- its a 'head fake' ...

hope your well, nice call on usd/cad. noticed you took it on 15m chart
is that the way you enter check 1hr and drop to 15m for entry?

that's what i was wondering too. I not sure why the 15 min chart. Big E are we missing something here?

Hi all

Maybe Big E can clarify this, but I think he was just showing us what the TDI looks like when there is a good entry.

I don't think he was suggesting to enter on a 15 minute chart

Look at the chart again, notice the angle of the TDI and the 'air' (gap) between the the red and green lines.

Now try and replicate that on a 1hr or 4hr chart.

Also from I can see the entry was at the third candle, and people were told that It should be the first or the second candle. Maybe Big E could clarify this.

Price will try to go to the weekly Pivot Point which is 1.0648. R:R was 1:3,5
That was a nice setup. Lets not miss these trades while we can make money with this system. Bad news is no system is profitable forever..
