First of all, I will preface this by saying that this is really only relevant to me when scalping...and entering or closing my swing trades. On my long-term trades...it means almost nothing to me...except I may add positions around these levels in the direction that I am building my long-term hold (short this pair at the moment). Large psych levels concern me on long-term plays, ie $1.50. Anyway...that is another topic.

according to your chart and based on candlestick pattern it seems it will hit that pink line and bounce back down

A bounce from that level was more likely if it had not bounced earlier (check June 14 high just below that purple line). But holding my shorts for a half chance of a bounce.

Shorts at the moment are somewhat against fundamentals after Greek package, but what makes me hold on to shorts is the European market behavior in the past. In the past, European session had been very patient in buying over a long US holiday.

The Eurpoean sell off (covering) came half an hour earlier on Friday (One and a half hour before London close and not in the last hour of London close). The NY session pushed it higher above 1.4500 probably on the expectation that London would buy even at this level. However, I expect London bulls to wait until Tuesday's NY session to start buying along with US bulls and not before that.

And this is what I think is going to happen. Place stops on your buy positions @ 4450 or below depending on entry.

We'll see, not gonna predict this. Greek problem is not solved just delayed, but i don't trade fundamentals anyway, just technicals.
