Short on aus/usd and nzd/usd - not looking too hopeful right now so I am shutting down soon and we will see where it runs at 6am.

Long on gbp/jpy

pending long on gbp/aud - trigger @ 1.5012 - major resistance @1.5000

im short on a/u as well. not looking too good, my sl is around 1.07507. I was thinking about moving it up, but i think im leave and see what happens

How do you view trend? how many previous candles do you look at?

Hello, Big E.

I have just started to follow this thread from yesterday.
I only accomplished to read through 15 pages, and it sure is simple to understand and seems easy to execute (on demo) even for a newbie like me.

However, I will not be able to trade at the time mentioned (10PM, and 2AM Pacific time) because I will be on full time job during that period in Japan.

I wonder if there are other tradable Pacific times you recommend.
Or, would you even recommend to work on longer timeframe such as daily chart?

My apologies in advance if you already have covered my question on this thread which I haven't read yet.

I agree that the daily has been up but I am playing the 3rd bounce off of the resistance. Thinking of a pullback at this point after 3 bounces. Not sure if others are thinking the same but that is what I am thinking. Same with some of the other USD pairs. Hitting resistance and bouncing. Obviously this could be bad because it is against the larger trend. I am playing really small sizes as a test and if it goes my way, I will look for a bounce off the red line and maybe add on at that point.

Just my reasoning and thoughts. Learning as I go.

Strictly on cross and angle of TDI on 4H TF. Taken at open of second candle (approx 1 hour ago). Stoch ignored. No major S/R around. Currently up 8 pips.

The reason why BigE trades these hours is to be prepared for the big moves when London opens. If you enter too early or too late, you will get caught with ranging times.

I have been following this pair, can you post your chart as i don't see how anyone could have been stopped out because price has not moved up beyond the swing high? Just trying to understand what happened to your trade. I my book this would be a valid trade that is not over yet!

This is the chart, I looked at this myself yesterday evening (i am in UK), I didn't take the trade due to usually after a large move if you only get a small red candle, it just drifts sideways & then continues. Has anybody else noticed this ??

Yes i have noticed this, but that would not have stopped me trading this pair as my candle looked good. As i said yesterday i am not trading today unless i would be in this trade as well, although i would still be confident it will go my way as my stop would be 1.07550, if it doesn't then so be it but i think you have to give these trades a chance it would only be -40 at the moment which is nothing on the TF.
