Thanks for the heads up - I have a buy stop placed @.8355. I have a 50SMA on my charts and this trade is against that trend so I am looking for a small win here. More if I can get but it is forex after all. p.

I wouldnt trade this becasue it is against the trend (and the trend is a strong one if you look at the daily) and you are buying into significant resistance which is also on a round number. If it gets through that then you could make a few pips, but there are better trades around I reckon.

Whoops. Dean is 100% correct.

Hi,

EUR/JPY Set candle is formed. Looks good to me for a small profit even though it is against the trend. Any suggestions?

Anyone trading real accounts needs to be aware of the impact the Greece vote will have. Be very careful, especially if you are trading euro, aussie, pound. I'm not sure when the result comes out but just be aware if it, it's big news.

Bez,

You are doing a fantastic job. How do you look at the daily tf?
I have now the mtf histo under the TDI and Stoch, so the mtf histo shows the daily tdi. I have done some backtesting and the results are great.

Thierry i prefer to just change to Daily TF and look for myself, i am looking at trend, S&R and candle strength.

Hi everyone

Just thought I'd put this chart up for discussion. It is a TDI signal on the 4h U/C.

What do people think, pros and cons.

Cheers

I could never buy this pair as the Weekly / Daily and 4h trends are all down. I would like price to rise slightly so i could short this pair with the major trends!

Aw thanks Dean, you spooked me so I closed all my 8am postions cause they had profits. Can't complain though, made 70pips in an hour and my overnight positions finished with 210pips, net 280pip profit
Probably for the best though. Pretty big piece of news. Thanks for the heads up.

Sensational result mate!! Sorry I didnt mean to spook you it was just a heads up. Its all done now and they voted yes which the market had already factored in, but if it was a NO vote there would have been some chaos so it was worth watching.

Don't be sorry. It's better safe than sorry. It actually saved me a some pips on a few of the positions so far. So I'd rather close them all with profits and wait for the next entry at 12pm.

I'm watching it too, it bounced from a resistance area. It made a 70 pip move so I think we missed the action, I think I'll follow the rules and wait for a candle close.
