Why you draw those lines with very old Yearly pivot levels ... ?

Do you think the market has a tendency to keep them in memory ... while concerned with nowadays quarterly, monthly, weekly, daily and H4 ones ... ?

20 IS on my chart, but why do you think we're going there? Unless a typical S shaped retest.
