Nice. I actually like using it as a bias pivot, not on the color change, but an actual cross of the drawn line.

There are many times where price will go right up to the line stop and reverse.

The line is built off of a 5 day ATR :

if CCI > 0, Low - ATR(5)
if CCI < 0, High + ATR(5)

Short weldone in the morning & now long already taken 1st sight & then start seeing the chart as old one using most lost accidentally . so new chart with refresh way of thinking ,

Bull all around , smaller movement to big one , go 4432,4496 , 4695 to 4940 or around all first now to then.

Yeah I used to use it as a tp...

I'm not a maths guru, but yeah my understanding is that it is smoothed by ATR...

Yep, CCI determines color, ATR draws the line. The thing I find interesting about it, is that the way it is programmed, as long as CCI is above 0, it cannot drop, since, for example, it uses the higher value of the current bars (Low - ATR(5)) or last bars (Low - ATR(5)). I may adjust the code one of these days to see how it plays if it would cycle up and down regardless of the current CCI Direction.

Yep... that range in early May... if he actually held on, and actually managed the trade properly, two bars alone on the daily were worth 500 pips... lol

yeah, but pretty sure i remember him reversing at or near the top, would have been a hell of a trade if he'd left it as it was...
