Sounds more like you have a delay or latency in your connection over Desktop to their quote server.

Re NinjaTrader issues and closing multiple trades, there is no solution for running Ninja and Desktop Pro at the same time. We might want to try it with MBT Web (browser based); if you email me directly I can see about getting you access to the beta.

I dont quite get what u r trying to say? As far as connection is concerned,there was no problem at that time when i was executing my trade.One of my main concerns is also that the LIVE MT4 & LIVE Desktop Pro's quotes DIFFERS!? Anyone experiencing such problems as me too???

Perhaps silly question, but in my "Open Orders" I have the follwoing row sitting there since yesterday. I can't delete it (cancel doesn't work, just nothing happens). It was created by "+Plus Order" > TTO. Somewhere near the US session closing I tried to cancel few orders, but they were "Rejected" (Order book).

Since this is a demo, I didn't really care what is going on and hit Cancel/Close few times and eventualy closed all positions (why they were rejected anyway???), but this particular row is still in my "Open Orders".


SellEUR/CHF16.6.2011 17:00:00TTO1,2049001,201000GTC1,20971005000MBTX17:00:00Cancel

Now, I opened a Short EUR/CHF position and I can't add TTO orders through "+Plus order".

Any idea what's the problem ? If any... What is the "Cancel" event?

Edit: Any attempt to change the above TTO ends up with to "Replace Reject"

I don't see that they differ. One might be slower than the other in streaming, but I don't think you will find that the quote on one platform did something that doesn't happen on the other. Can you show an example? I don't mean to say that they can't be different at any given second from each other, I'm just saying that what that is is the two platform displaying out of sync...one is lagging.

Are you simply saying that you see different quotes on the two, which could be a lag issue, or that you actually see the prices in sequence follow a different pattern?

And your example was pretty much the proof. You said you were watching both platforms, you placed a trade on Desktop, and you got filled at the price MT4 was showing. To me, that suggests that your MT4 quotes are up to speed, whereas Desktop is slightly delayed, and if you sent a market order, of course it got filled at the current bid.

Ignore that guy, to him every problem is on the client side, even if their server crashed.

With Desktop pro you can, I don't know if it is the same with the other.

Go to View>make sure SYMBOL BAR is selected on the drop down list. On the SYMBOL BAR line there will be another drop down list where you can go back and forth between all of your accounts.

Using a demo on your mobile application and unable to sign in. States login failed. Incorrect username and/or password. I am using my correct username and password.
Is the mobile application down?

You can group by ACCT, by left-clicking the top left corner and selecting "group."
