there is no doubt in my mind that you are spot on there. i said before and will again how much i respect a lot of traders on here that can hold a trade. dustbins will and always will be my favorite way to trade. on days like today though i would like to broaden my skills by seeing how the heck they do it. then possibly trade dustbins 90% of the time but when there is a runner have the knowledge to see that and act. does that make sense?

lol, for me, it really is just getting away from the computer. For instance, my short from today is from last night @ 4477. Still looking for lower. We still follow our if-then-if-then stuff, it's just the logic check only happens once a day at the daily close

I certainly can't be making decisions on incomplete candles, now can I?

when you look at your 4284, you can see that if not tested properly, the area above up to around 4323ish will for sure stay marked on my charts, so that it doesn't stick a finger into my ass once we return to that place. better now, than later.
Good day Mr Hatch indeed you are right this zone have not been tested for stop run as yet either mid London so the Pa is looking to get higher are looking for stop run.

I have never seen anyone take 90 % trades with stop loss so lower ! impressive !

pick your levels on H1, then H4 for a start and adjust your position.
just creating the chart-levels and throw an eye on them from time to time will give you practice while you keep going with the dustbin-trades.

PA is changing don't return into short until the PA say so again that't what the market what to gather seller at this time if the PA is changing. Be careful

the real benefit trading dustbins is when the market is ranging or consolidating, in a strong trend everyone can grab pips as long as they don`t ignore the trend or try to pick tops and/or bottoms against the trend

splitting you trade in smaller parts and using a trade management ea is one way of trying to latch onto a runner

i dont even bother trying to chase down the last pip in a trend, what i miss out on in pip count, i make up for in consistency and compounding

i bargain on a few bites out of the cherry, after all i don`t know how big the cherry will be, they don`t come prepacked in small, medium, large and WOW before the time

lol, catching the top'ish was just pure chance and circumstances. It was originally just a 15m play but then once the daily closed, I set stops a few pips above the weekly pp and it never got triggered.

holding strong. i'm not exactly confident on a solid fib retrace here, so i have coverage at 23.6.

This is where it is at. A lot of people should learn from this statement.

Don't try and catch tops or bottoms, just grab a chunk of the middle of the movement. Makes for a much smoother trading experience. lol
