Fundamentally we are still driven by the QE and the perpetual bad news from the US, there is a difference now between the FED and the ECB. I agree that the EU has some bad news, but they have raised rates, they buy peripheral debt but use commercial bank auctions to adjust the money supply accordingly bi weekly to keep M2/3 stable, therefor adjusting the supply of euros in the market creating stability. The Fed on the other hand, as it has a dual mandate, unlike the ECB, needs to adjust the money supply to kickstart the economy. As long as the US continues on its jobless recovery path and continues to increase import price inflation and continues to oversupply the markets with dollars and as long as the equities continue their run adding to the oversupply and as long as that over supply keeps getting converted to euros, as there is no other currency available right now in large enough supply to absorb the deman for cash carrying, the dollar will continue to slide.

That slide will come to an end when we either see further easing of commodities, lowering import price inflation, a definite end to QE end a plan to remove that over supply from the markets, coupled with 1-2 decent job reports.

The US likes where this is going, they are still a net exporter and with the Renminbi pegged to the dollar, their products are still finding a home in the one area of the world where demand is actually increasing.

Peripheral issues only become a longer term issue when there is no plan to deal with them.

Yesterday was a case in point, Greece down to CCC, the worst country in the world and we are up 120 pips.

Stop thinking what bad news there is, start thinking about the relation ship between the 2, they are both ugly sisters, the US is just a bit uglier right now.

Thanks , true . just need this last limit break 4477 & should signal more up with extension or pattern or zigzag ok .
yes I got the level 4524 200ma close H1 tf after one interest 4486 plus H4 tf crossing sma 32 & 50 with 200ma below at 4428 strong. now limit fall for any entry if at 4444 & 4436 . my 4428 entry long at be now 1pip should be safe with most scenerios I see .lets see .

Switch to bigger tf - like 1H. Give it 1 hour, and then look what happened during that hour. The bigger tf, the more trading is involved - you'll get more info.
