Just crunching the numbers @ 16.8 lots with 30pips per day - you are booking approx. $5K a day! Now that is impressive....just goes to show what can be done in the Forex mkt when you put your time, experience, skill and discipline all together and working towards one goal! Great work Kostas.

Thank you. You missed one more calculation. EUR currency here so that's around 3500E......
I am repeating your comment for emphasis:
"just goes to show what can be done in the Forex mkt when you put your time, experience, skill and discipline all together and working towards one goal!"
All of these necessary and important. No free lunch in Forex.

The 35 and 50 ema were both point up when the trade is opened, with 35ma on top of 50ma. It turned out to be unexpected.

Anyone can point out why this should have not been traded in the first place, except was in asian session?

I did waited and added another trade further along. Not sure this is recommended but I find quite often the price pierce through 35/50 Ma, and then bounce back.

I observed that the 10ma touch trades provide more winning trades than 35/50 touch trades, has anyone noticed anything otherwise?

Well, according to the original rules this isn't a trade because it took too many bars to reach the 35/50. It was originally suggested that price should only take 2-3 bars at most to reach these MAs for the trade to be valid.

I have seen that people will often trade successfully 35/50 touches even when it takes more bars for the price to reach them, however I think that this can be successful as long as it retains the characteristics of a strong pullback, ie it is a reaction to a fast price movement. In this case it can't be classified as a strong pullback since price has been strolling all over for many bars.

The price did turn at the daily pivot point, as it so often does during the Asian session. If you draw the daily pivots it is amazing how well respected those are during the Asian session, day after day.

Thanks for the pointer Mic.

I need more attention to tracking the numbers of bars it take to touch the MA then.

The default template from the dance don't come with daily pivot. But I do need to add it to the chart and use it as confirmatory.

The reason I waited is also because I have noticed asian session usually going up, especially after price has some hesitation or pull back. Add daily pivot will serve a good guidance.

I would have asked something else... Is there any market maker broker that allows you to earn 3.5 k € a day? If I remember properly Kostas uses FXPro. So the question is, does FXPro allow you Kostas to withdraw 10 k € every month?
You are allowed to fall but you are imposed to get up!

I think private traders earn from the market, not from the brokers.
If there is a max amount of withdrawnal, withdrawing every day can solve the problem.

Another good trade in EJ. Took first profits around RN and re-entered during the same bar at R1 level.
It seems for me that withing last few months EJ is respecting MA's more accurately than EU.

FXPro is fine with withdrawals, what I don't like is some weird delays and/or requotes. This results in loosing some pips when exiting or loosing the trade when entering. Since my entries are based on M1 and if I miss it, I don't chase it.

I have noticed this also. I should start paying more attention to this pair. Only problem is that I usually get rather big spread with my broker on this one.

After TradeStation created their own Forex broker bransh, the spreads are even better (before they used Cain Capital, who charged a bit higher spreads). Usually the spreads for my pairs are 1,5 - 2 pips, but at times even below 1.

You said your goal was 1K a day and that you would quit your job after doing that for 12 months. Looks like you've become a pip-sucking automaton and forgotten about your plan! Go stand in the corner!

I think you can get this with any broker. It is probably more to do with your Internet connection (from you, through your provider, across wherever to FXPro's servers) that causes the delay.

Mine can be shocking. I use a two position script, and one trade I made, the second position was just under the first position's TP, then it came back a bit and I one in profit and one at a loss.... BAIL OUT!!!

Also painful when you exit at +10 pips and by the time the order is executed you might get 3!!! AAARGH!
