What tf are you trading?


I am also trading on a micro account, and have only discovered this system this month.. I cannot trade DEMO, as I find it superficial, but trade on my Micro lots.. lots a few pips this month, but can see the reality of a long term profit using this system..

My money management is
1) maximum 4% in trades at any time.
2) Determine Stop Loss first and then calculate lot investment. So on say $1,000 capital, if S/L is 50 pips, then 4% of capital is $40 divide by 50 equals 4 micro lots. capital increases so will lot value!
Trading off $159, would mean max risk is say $6 divide by number of pips to S/L.

Hello, this week I take 16 trades, 11 win and 5 lose all in 4 hr TF, my total results of week is + 61 pips, and for mounth +177 pips, total target for mounth is 700 pips best trade +64 pips and worst trade -62 pips

Many of the loses were left over night because couldnt assess my trading in one way or the other. For now, i am stick to 1hr/4hr TF

i have changed coding of the TDI red green
- add stoch (x,y,z) you can change x y z
- add arrows when there is a green/red cross

no pb if you don't want it

Does anybody use FXCM or, more specifically, a broker that forms their candles at 12,4,8? If so, are you experiencing the same level of viable crosses and success rates?

Demoing with FXDD (which is 1,5,9) to follow along with Eelfranz, but, really struggling to get that in sync with my work load and sleep patterns.

I am not changing big E rule but just more technical.
I BELIEVE MUCH IN MOMENTUM TRADING ALONG THE TREND...........
Most of the trades that gave me big moves are london season, then followed by american season.
Now, what really helped me more was the bounce trade on 1hr and 4hr. That is why my tp is around 50-70 pips. I am very comfortable with it. Over 80% of my wins are bounce.(may be i will stick to that, since i cant create the trend but follows it).As you can see from the chart here, if i am trading on 4hr time frame, tms 2tf HISTOGRAM (from xaphod) tells me what has been happening on daily chats. And if i am on 1hr tf, it tells me what is happening on 4hr chat.
EXAMPLE:Now if daily chat is going short, and 4hr is going long, i will be looking for signals to sell- following daily tf. It may take more than a day to come, but when they come, they are more accurate. I AM JUST RIDING WITH THE TREND OF HIGHER TIME FRAME AND PUTTING BASIC FOREX INTO CONSIDERATION. SIGNALS COME MORE THAN 1X IN A DAY- AS I DONT EVEN TAKE ALL, BUT WHAT I CAN SEE THAT IS THE BEST. AS I MAY BE WRONG BUT, HEY, IT IS REALLY WORKING FOR ME, AND I KNOW IT CAN WORK FOR ANYBODY THAT CARES.

I would actually like a broker who starts their candle at 10,2,6 cst...

I still don't know if I could force myself to get up at that time with work and kids to deal with. Although I do like the idea of not having to hold on to trades for a long time, which can happen when you trade the daily time frame like I do now.

put on indicators folder
