I noticed by experience that often during news release the reaction seems inverted ( big short when news is positive for the concerned currency and big long when negative ) , my theory is quite simple concerning such market reactions it should be due because during the news realease and specially central bank press conference the volatility is very high , and Big Players (i.e institutional traders , big hedge funds )use such opportunities for profit taking because they count on that opportunity for in this particular case use the bulls to absorb the exit long orders that are in fact short orders this way they maitain the optimal profitability of there position when they exit the cash from the market .

after the continuation of a down trend is due to the fact that small traders follows the movement like sheeps because of a misinterpretation of what is happening .

My pronostic is a bullish rebound of the EURO on EMA 200 or EMA 480 on H1 TF or EMA 200 H4 TF .
