Would like to see one more re-test of the downside before another attempt towards above 1.469xx area ...

Lowest been 1.4596 with ours ... until now ...

A bit lower would be not unhealthy ...

1.4595 - 1.4588 favoured ...

1.4579 nice as well ...

Then up again ...

Hi Sisse,

exactly, forget it to mention. That is the problem with all kind of oscillators. They can stay for a long long time in overbought/oversold conditions. They work best when price is ranging.

Well, my view for the rest of the week -

today I thought we would move a little bit lower first. Maybe we get that in the next hours.

Yesterday evening/night I thought the top would be in. But the movement down looks somewhat corrective. Since the low from May 23 we have formed a perfect bulish base-channel. The move today down stoped right at the lower boundary of this channel. If we break this channel to the lower side first targets will be 4555 and 4321 with more bearish potential thereafter.

A bullish target now is clearly around 4747. Here this recent wave C (up from 3971) would be fib 262% of wave A.

This C wave is very hard to count since the structure is not very clear.
The sidewards action since Juni 6 might be the wave 4. Maybe we are developing here a broad triangle, where we have finished waves A,B and C, now in D up. We will see.

Right now we have base-channel fight. See last chart.

Maybe till tomorrow sideway, then a last spike up in hope of interest rate hike. Then down she goes. Fundamentally a hike in Euro-land is like suicide at this time. What do you think?

as usual, they are watching closely, think it needs some "disorderly" PA to trigger them.....

could just be a shakeout/mid trend profit taking, but best to tighten up stops if uncertain, you can always target a fresh entry...

Retrace from third crown (right shoulder) to fib 382 , 50, 618 would normally target 1618 ext.

Retrace from 76/78 fib would normally target 127 ext.

It is a more aggressive way to trade the traditional H & S pattern.

Yep... still have 6 hours to go... plenty of time. I actually added another buy through a pending order at 33, just pulled the average up though and it's protected anyways by a few hundred pips. I'm glad I am starting to finally get into a better rhythm with the daily...

Now if I could just get the swissy to stop jacking around so much
