You should close 1/2 trade at 10-15 pips and move SL to BE

Right but you need to treat the demo as if were real. You got in at a very good price, only thing different to what I would have done is you let it come from around 14-15 pips up right back to a loss, I would have gone to either BE or BE +1 especially as it hit the daily pivot and then turned into a spinning top on the 5min closing above it making a higher low at the same time, definitely time to cover your trade, or taking some profit and covering.

Hi friends,
I have a question for Kostas or some other experienced "Dancers".
How much time do you spend daily at the screen?

I ask because this thread, as well as the original Dance, looks absolutely attractive. Gray's texts are so credible and bright. I'm nothing else than astonished for what happened in this forum to him. Most importantly: I never was fascinated by the idea of trading as a hobby. I would rather have others. I'm interested at it as a business: and this thread looks promising as a life-changing opportunity.

My situation, anyway, realistically is like that: given a too stressful job (that I would eagerly give up as soon as trading allows) I can trade one hour around 7:00 AM GMT, and a couple of hours (maximally) between 8:00 and 9:00 PM GMT. Do you think it is in principle feasible collecting the famous 2-4% daily by dancing in so short daily screen time?

If realistically speaking dancing under such conditions is impossible, then I would spare time and energies before reading 5200 posts. Not because I'm lazy: rather I would like to avoid nurturing just another dream, that then can never be realized...

P.S. As a general advice, forex is all patience waiting for the right opportunity. This is true for CHOROS and for the rest of the methods out there. So you need to spend some time on it. You may want to look for a method focusing on big TFs, H4 or Daily which may fit your schedule.

Thank you very much for your so sincere and direct reply.
I'm actually somehow coming out of a forum for p.a. (quite "pure") using 4H and dailies. Usually I lose most of the 4H setups because I can see them one or two candles later, and with the dailies I get that famous 2-4% a month... Nothing more than a hobby (with my very small account).
I will probably go back to mechanical systems where you can get some extra-time help by some automation. I saw here at FF some good guys, like nanningbob or SteveHopwood that might be worth following.

So: everybody must find his/her own "dance", and this cannot be mine. I'm sorry, but this is life. I wish you all the best and thank you again.

maybe you guys can post your trades with some short of indication of your entry/exit from now on?

i suggest you drag and drop the closed trade from your [account history] on the chart (preferably on M15 or lower), that will create arrows and a trendline. this way its is much easier to see exactly how you did the trade. thank you.

of course it leaves behind these 2 arrows and the trendline and 2 lines. if you dont like them you can remove them by right click in the chart>objects list and find the following.

Today, at the end of the ECB press conference, the EU came screaming down to touch the 10 ema on the 1 day time frame. It has since bounced back about 20 pips.

I remember from previous discussion that is a significant event, but I can't find any mention of it in the Table of Contents
