I was actually watching an interview by a seasoned trader who is a professor.

He is American, but he is now based out of Singapore, and he says his best students are Chinese and Indian.

Speaking in generalities, they tend to be humble and more robotic by nature when it comes to practice. Whether it is Medicine, Finance or what have you.
Does anybody watching this movie ? So strange in a section of this movie main character wants more money and hes think how can increase hes money then try to stock market but not enough for him cause profit not too much and not faster then he learn FOREX ooo good and then in 2 weeks he will 2 Million profit and he will become a big DOG

I like that movie but i hate drugs(if you watch you will understand what i am meaning)FOREX 2 weeks 2 million$ profit. OoooO. Which platform and broker any knows ?

i suppose it depends on the style of trading, robotic is not good.

if robotic was good, EA's would be king, robotic approach a changing market, is bad

rigidity kills, it killed off many species, and kills off traders. patterns mutate as data stream comes in tick by tick, so the best approach would be, to be flexible.

to do ongoing analysis, and make sure you can ride your position.manage your risk exposure, as the market moves.

as far as money management goes, some traders, esp professional traders, dont like taking losses.
most average their basis close to market.

a powerful tool in the wrong hands can blow an account. one doesnt need to have deep pockets, just good strategy, and KNOW ourselves well enough to see when our pain threshold is reached.

so in order to do this, one has to be able to have impecable timing, and good risk parameters and protocol, have understanding, and be able to be flexible enough, to know when the position is dead in the waters, not just wrong timing.

trading, is hard, its difficult but rewarding, the best approach is to move with the market.

otherwise its predictions and gambling.

Yeah m8 i watch this movie thats realy great story in the forex part. He is barrowed 100.000 dolar and he MAKES it 2 Million ,

A true robot would dominate FOREX.

By robotic I mean emotionless, always analytical.

Most EA's don't work because they can't change their methods to a changing market.

A true robot would harness Artificial Intelligence and be able to trade more efficient than any human ever could.

Posted a chart above. Short and moved stop to 14285. At the moment I am a bit clueless to be honest - recaping the datas now.

Are you sure about that? I would reconsider. You realize it is a holiday right? So what if the price has not risen above 1.4283 in 6 hours on a day such as today. I do not even see it on the 5 minute chart.

M8 i think you need to check the short positions it is realy too much now i think we need to go down firstly after fall down it will be the bounce to your lvl ... Best regards....
I'm thinking of selling at 1.4290 when it starts bothering the pivot then we go to 1.4250 area.

Yes and no... What it means is there were no long term traders moving the market today==No demand in either direction. It also means there are only four days this week for the large institutions to move the money around that they need to... Aaaand tomorrow is the last business day of the month.... AND it is Non-Farm release week.

The rest of the week should be very fun.
